My subscription was cancelled early

Hi. My broadband was due to finish on the 6th January and tv on 12th January but was cancelled this morning. 

please can this be reinstated until the 6th Jan

We are mainly customers on here trying to help other customers and you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

Now that the broadband services have been switched off it's very unlikely they'll be reactivated now by Openreach.

It might be possible to reinstate your tv, if you give Sky a call. But it's unlikely that they'll be ab.e to reinstate your broadband. Openreach do occasionally cease the line early, and unfortunately there's a two weeks lead time to reinstate it.
