I don't know how or why but each one of the sky bills are never the same each month, , constantly changing me more. Each part of the bills are going up, I'm supposed to be paying approx 35 pounds, you take a look at my pay my bills listing and every month there is a different amount, I'm also very unhappy about my phone bill from when I was in Tunisa as soon as I landed I had a txt saying I had reached the maximum amount on my phone bar, they said it was 42.00 and my phone was blocked, I then get my phone bill the next month and it's 132.quid??? How can I reach the maximum amount set up, have my phone restricted and then get a bill of 132.00 , that same bill I had to make a card payment for my streaming as I did that I was told to set up my payment method. I did that on the app out of the blue my tbh is restricted, I phone up there saying I owe 10.20 and I don't have a payment method setup! So now I get 10 pounds late fee. This is not an exceptable way to collect money from me. There's a cost of living crisis going on and I'm getting ripped off by SKY!!!!

If you call they'll explain your billing or if you believe you have valid grounds you could raise a complaint: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

Tunisa is rst of the world charges so will work out as being really expensive to use your phone there:

As well as the £42.00 charge what else shows on your bill:

Note that combining a post about Sky Mobile billing with one about streaming (or broadband) really complicates things unnecessarily. It's always best to approach these separately, as different contracts and T&C's apply.
