Free govt phone I need a replacement. Got denied a replacement due to no report on phone being lost or stolen. My phone got thrown in the river. This is my report/ record.

I'm sure you are on the wrong forum. I'm guessing you're in the U.S. We are UK and ROI customers here. Sky (UK, which is owned by Comcast) do not produce or sell their own phones and the UK government don't give out free mobiles.

A 'free govt phone' would almost certainly be hardware from Sky Devices LLC in the USA distributed under a Federal Government programme ('Lifeline' or 'Affordable Connectivity') : as @Daniel0210 indicates it's entirely unrelated to Sky Group (a division of the Comcast Corporation) based in the UK and the trademark is a coincidence.
