Find out more@Don201281 The forum is manned mainly by fellow customer so no-one here can sort anything account related out, if your service is restricted due to missed payment then its highly likely that it won't be reinstated until the balance is cleared in full.

Find out moreThere is no such thing as a Sky Go billing account as Sky Go is an additional service for TV customers so if you failed to pay your bill on time and your services have been restricted your TV service will be restored when the payment has been cleared which will not be until Monday at the earliest.
