My sky go billing account

My sky go account has not cleared and it said it takes up to 24 hours I paid 60 which would leave me with 20 something to pay can u sort it out please

@Don201281 The forum is manned mainly by fellow customer so no-one here can sort anything account related out, if your service is restricted due to missed payment then its highly likely that it won't be reinstated until the balance is cleared in full.

Also if you make a payment on a weekend, it can't be processed until Monday as banks don't process payments over a weekend.

There is no such thing as a Sky Go billing account as Sky Go is an additional service for TV customers so if you failed to pay your bill on time and your services have been restricted your TV service will be restored when the payment has been cleared which will not be until Monday at the earliest.
