You may have to contact Sky if you can't fathom it from your bill.  Did you change payment date?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If your bill is double then either the discount has ended or your bill covers a longer period than the usual 4 weeks so what does show via the MySky app as only you can see your bill. You can also view it here:

Im getting harassed for £14 my sky bill was £324 all I had was £310 HAalf my benefit i cant pay the 14 till I get paid plus its saying my bill hasn't been paid when I've a tally paid -£3`0

For whatever reason your bill is so high Sky will expect the full amount on the payment date so a default of £14 willl probably result in your services being restricted.
