My sky bill

My sky bill is £56.00. They are taking £110 from my bank account.

Calls to Sky will start automated which may try to send you here to the forum or offer you the online help route. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is not likely to work.

Have you checked the bill that was produced around 2 weeks ago for this payment? You may have been charged for more than a month.

Since I cancelled broadband, they have still took £110 from my account

Have you checked your bill? We can't see it. It will show you why it's for a larger amount.

As 14 days notice is required to cancel Sky Broadband billing continues as normal

throughout so when did you do this and what date have you been billed on ?

Then it appears it might not have been cancelled so I would contact them to speak to them about this.

Everything I phone, I csrnt seem to speak to someone. Is there a number that I can actually speak to a person.
