My sky bill

I have paid my bill on the 30th December and my bill is still saying I'm suspended I paid 43:83 for the bill and I am still getting messages saying I havent paid my outstanding bill

When was the bill due? The exact payment due date?

 

Also, Hve you set up your reoccurring payment method ie: Direct debit, Continous card payment details?
