Since the Sky Q outage I can't sign into my sky app. It asks for my postcode. I have put it in but states error occurred. I have tried with and without the space. With capitals and without. I don't have a 0 in my postcode

Hi @JAYVE Have you tried deleting the App, rebooting your device and then reinstall it again?

Hi @JAYVE Have you tried deleting the App, rebooting your device and then reinstall it again?

It's OK. Switching phone off then uninstalling and re installing has worked
