My services are restricted

I have paid mu bills and mu service is still restricted please activate this asap as its the long weekends.

 

i was asked to make a oaumnet for 167 wgich i have but my internet and aerhices are are still restricted

@Maz35 Posting on the Forum does not get anything done as you are not talking to SKY. You need to give them a call, see if payment is cleared and then can they un-restrict your services!

If you made the payment on Friday which is a Bank Holiday you might have to wait until after the Easter holiday for it to be cleared by the banks after which if you are then up to date will your billing your services should then be restored.
