Sky do not offer payment plans for active accounts. (And do not restore services until the full outstanding balance is paid - and possibly a further future payment too depending on the timings)
If you have such amount outstanding then your account may have already been cancelled? (After 56 days normally)
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
