Had sky kids added but haven't asked for it

Just rang up to complain about my sky router being delivered with the seal broken. Spoke to a helpful man who assured me the router will be fine. On the call he offered me a discount on my account for the inconvenienced and two months free sky kids as a sorry. Looked at my bill after and now found I'm being charged for sky kids. How do I get it off as don't want or need it my kids are both over 20

Billing updates are not instant after you called Sky as it just doesn't work like that so you need to keep an eye on it over the coming weeks. If you next bill is due to be paid in the next 14 days or less then this will be shown on your next bill but back dated to today.
