@Lamis1 You will have to call customer service and request they action the refund, once actioned it takes around 3 to 5 working days.

The community can't assist further as we are just fellow customers.

@Lamis1  Your duplicate thread asking the same question has been removed.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
