On here, we are all customers like you. You're not chatting directly to Sky.
To speak to them you can call 150 if you are on Sky mobile, or if you scroll to the bottom of the link below there is a phone number.
Either, don't say anything where you are prompted until you reach a person - or - choose options carefully but don't take an option to go back to this forum.
