My netflex

Hi this is not the first time I have complained about this. I pay to have multi screen for Netflix. You will not let 2 people or more in my house watch Netflix. Even though I pay for this service.

We are customers here who help each other.

 

Unlike Sky TV channels, having multiscreen does not give you access to Netflix on a second TV or devices as these are the packages:

 

Ultimate TV includes the Standard with Ads plan (2 screen + HD) as standard
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard without ads (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)
