My mobile bill

Hello I've received an email saying my phone bill is completely paid off but I'm still getting a bill for this month? Am I paid off or not?

Erm I'm not sure I got it out years ago..: and it said I'm paid Upto date and won't need to pay anything else but when I check online I still owe £16.50
