My loan is not getting close

I have paid the full amount of loan and still my loan is not closed and i got message from my bank that sky will charge for the direct debit soon.

If you have paid the credit agreement off then the billing could be for the sim as this continues unless you transfer the number to a different network or you cancel it by calling Sky on 150.
