My final bill

I need my final bill which I can access but it doesn't have my name on it what can I do?

Hi ive done that too. But it just says how much ive paid and its not itemised. I need one that shows my name and disconnection fee

Your new provider must have seen hundreds of such Sky bills.  The bill you have is all that Sky will supply - your complaint is with your new provider...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
