Hi there I would like some help with my billing as I am getting billed twice

Are you making unnecessary manual payments because if you you should not being doing this as Sky will take it from the payment method you have set up. You should now see a credit on your account due to the manual payment so if you want it returned then give Sky a call and the money should be back with you within 5 working days.
