Is there an issue with Sky live chat?

Unfortunately, I cannot call Sky at this moment as I am currently abroad. However, I have been stuck on live messaging for over ONE hour now without any response.

@SJ402 I haven't seen any other posts reporting problems. The advisers are probably busy with other chats. Anything the Community here can advise on?

  • Hello, unfortunately, only a Sky expert can resolve my issue. I have contacted live chat in the past but never experienced it like this before. I have messaged them on their social media channels & no responses.
