My bill
My money for my contract was supposed to go out on the 16.01.2025 at 1pm it said I did not have Internet when I left my house, and had to pay the bill manually to get my Internet back now a extra payment has been sent and I would like this payment back that is showing as "credit"

Your post isn't very clear and I presume you meant 16.01.2026? Where were you told you had to pay the bill manually?
