new customer
The first two bills are always higher due to the date period they cover (longer than the usual 4 weeks) as you can read about here, halfway down the page here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/understanding-my-bills#M1014
Check your future bills to see what they show from month 3 onwards as it should then match your agreed price

could a minimum term discount have ended? you would have been told at signup when this would end, sky don't currently send reminders
you would need to contact sky and negotiate lower price, if you receive an offer you find acceptable you must accept it there and then as you wont get the same offer next time you call, in return you will need to commit to a new 18 month minimum term contract

If your discount is ending you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount but if you sort something out to your satisfaction make a note of the date it’s ending.
You can either call Sky or use the following link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave
