My bill

I paid my bill before it was due my account says I'm in credit for next month why are sky trying to get that payment again and why am I getting email saying I could loose my service if I don't pay?

The manual payment was unnecessary and has correctly gone as a credit on your Sky account, and then if the planned payment Sky try to take fails your services stand the risk of being restricted.

The payment you made has not paid the bill but has gone onto the account as a credit which can happen if you pay it to close to the billing date. The credit will be used to pay your next bill.
