Hi sky has taken money i needed today and sky is should come out on the 11th i need that money back for baby milk

When is your normal billing date? Did your last payment come out okay?

Sky won't refund you if it's a payment you owe.

@Leewhitehall are you new to Sky? Depending on  which Sky products you've bought, your first bill can be 2 weeks after your services are activated: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/understanding-my-bills
