If your payment has been taken via a direct debit then it is taken directly from your account @Annmarieedwards so you card plays no part in it.

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is a customer to customer forum so we can't answer that. Suffice to say no payments are processed at a weekend anyway and there is no need to make a manual card payment if you have a direct debit set up.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDo you usually pay your bill by a direct debit as what might have happened if you paid it to late so it was carried over to your June bill.
In your June bill do you see a credit ?

If you made an unnecessary manual payment it's possible that it's sitting on your account separately and as a credit and hasn't been used against your June bill.

Hello, I paid my bill last month, and I have the proof in my bank account that it was paid, but I got a letter for my new bill containing my old bill as well. Now I have to pay the two bills together. I hope to correct the mistake

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you have a monthly payment method set up so Sky takes the payment automatically from you then you didn't need to make this manual payment so do you see a credit on your next bill ?
