Have a look at your bill and compare it to a previous one.

@ZitaZY  We haven't, we are customers, you are not contacting Sky by posting here.

 

Perhaps you could explain in full what the issue is?  Have you looked at your bills to see what the charge is for?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
