My bill is double

I have recently looked at my sky bill as it has been very high and have realised that I am being charged double for a few things at different prices an I do t know why for example my sky signature is £40.50 but then I have another one that says sky signature 31days at £36.50 and 4 other big charges that are double with the same 31 days next to them. Has anyone else had this or knows anything about it, I looked back and I have been charged like this for the last 5 months.

Have you made any changes to your package recently or have you got a discount on your account that is now ending ?

 

What does next months bill show that you should be paying ?

My next bill says I will be paying £105 a month which is £99 cheaper then before but I'm not sure why I'm being charged double for things and what the 31 days thing is about

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
