My bill for the month hasn't been taken from my account as it usually is and also your trying to charge me 117 pounds for a non return charge when you've never sent me the box to return it.

You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

We are not sky on we are all just customers trying help each other out you need to ring sky and talk to them about your bill

There are many possible explanations including that you made a change to your services or the direct debit failed. You can see a breakdown of your bill in the My Sky but otherwise give Sky a call.

If your billing date falls on a Saturday or Sunday then irt will not be taken until the Monday at the earliest so what shows via your online bill:
