I have been with Sky for some 17years, and have alway negotiated my renewal at the end of my contract period.
I did not received a message from Sky informing me that my contract was ending however I did notice a big jump in the price on my bank statement
I used the on-line chat (not easy) and agreed a renewal price. This new price was for the extension of my existing contract and all it included...including Q and multi room...I was very specific in asking that. This contract was due to stat on november 30th.
Yesterday 23/12 received an email from sky saying my new contract would start that day it was for the agreed amount but there were further charges for my sky Q and multi room. Can any body offer any advice please.

Could the amount be admin charges? Admin charges are usually added to discounted deals (new or on renewal), and it’s normally £10 per discount. Perhaps check your future bills and see if the charges have been credited back.
