My account says it’s restricted when looking to upgrade my phone but my account is paid
My account says it's been restricted but I am up to date with all payments

Does it say this when you try to view your bill, so are your services working as normal ?

If you are unable to upgrade due to this restricted message then call Sky on 150 for help in doing this.
