My Sky App

Hi

 

The MySky app seems to be having issues. Every time I try and get the information about my tv, it says 'sorry we're having technical difficulties, please try later'. It's been like this for the last 24 hours although hitherto has worked fine.

 

Any ideas how to redress?

There have been several other reports of this problem. Sky are apparently aware and working on it.

The app is still not working properly.

 

Does anyone have any idea when this will be fixed?
