Discussion topic: My Bills won't load on App or Internet

I wanted to check my bills so went onto My Sky App, logged in, checked View Bills and just hangs with a spinning wheel. Tried it on internet bowser and that just keeps refreshing page. Need to see my bills to know how much money I have to put in for next month.
