Flat price

I've spoken to a few people who all have different  sky packages with different pricing.
It should be the same basic sky package price for everyone and every add on the same price.

such an unfair service

These people you have spoken to will have contact Sky to haggle a discount out of them which is what you will need to do although I will point out that apparently it is getting harder to get a decent discount out of them but if they do offer you a price that you like then it will come with a new 24 month contract.

The basic price is the same for everyone. It's the discount which differs. The discount depends on individual negotiating skills and what's available at the time.

Re: Flat price

There shouldn't be any discounts all the rates should be the same price for everyone, it's unfair on customers

'Haggle a discount' should be their selling pitch

@Kp101

If there were no discounts all customers would be paying full price so therefore paying a lot more. I don't think many people would agree with that logic.

There's no requirement for 'fairness': given Sky invented subscription television in the UK, they basically got to set their own business model, and none of the fifteen or so governments since then have seen fit to intervene.
