Im trying to purchase either sky glass or Sky Q, however when i get to my postcode it says to put in my derict debit account numner used to pay my subscription. Im assuming this is reffering to the sky plus box i have in my house that i do not pay for. It is somebody elses, I am looking to get sky in my room with my own subscription. Is there anyway to overcome this and have my own subscription?

Give Sky a call so they can place the order for you.

Find out moreAs noted above, Sky will not permit subscriptions to two different television products at the same address, even where the names of the subscribers are different and boxes are in 'private' bedrooms. You need to be careful that you don't inadvertently disconnect someone else's service (this won't apply if the Sky+box is only acting as a Freesat receiver)
