Hello,
my Sky account is littered with multiple email addresses, user names and Sky IDs. I am the account holder and share Sky with nobody else. I have tried online without success but I would like my account to be streamlined to one email, username and Sky ID please.
can you help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFrom what you have set apart from your main primary Sky ID you appear to have additional Sky IDs setup on your account so the best way to get rid of them all would be by calling Sky and asking them to do this.

Phoned Sky. No help. They even said my TV and Broadband is on one email and my Mobile is on another and they can't change it, which is a bit rubbish.

In that case then they are right it can't be changed as this will have happened due to how you placed your Sky Mobile order.
