my bank have just notified me that there's a large increase in my sky bill from 60 average of £67 to 80 yard. Can you please tell me why and I need to reduce this amount

Sorry  you are not  talking to sky on here we are all fellow customers like yourself, if you  need to talk to someone  about your bill you need to call  sky no one on here can sort out your bill i  am afraid

An increase like that could be due to a didcount you had that is either coming to or has ended so now would be the time to call Sky to see if they will offer you another one if you will agree to a new contract that is.

@Margiemunro are you able to tell us what Sky services you are getting for the amount you are paying  e.g. broadband, TV, Stream, Q, phone?

Reason I ask, there maybe other options for your TV viewing which are cheaper.
