Mrs
Set up a new 24 month contract last week , I spoke to Dilib, he gave me a discount on the admission fee. Instead of £20 he agreed to an admission fee of £10. I see on my next bill I have been charged £20.

Re: Mrs
What did you sign up to ?
What do your future bills show as the first one can always be higher as it usually covers more than 4 weeks.

Re: Mrs
Is that the administrations fee?
It is normally £20 and can be applied to TV and broadband bill changes.
If the discount has been applied, it will still show as £20 and later show a refund of the £10 on your bill.
