I was told on Saturday that my bill would be £131 pound but it isn't showing £131 it's showing £135.90

As customers we can't see your bills so have a look at the breakdown and click on the blue arrow alongside any unknown amounts to see where the extra £4.90 comes from.

It could be a pro-rata amount or a hang-over from making changes?

 

Check what future bills show.
