Mrs Shirley Beglin

I called Sky mobile on 26th March . I was offered the following deal from an agent called Denis.

Broadband

Sky package including Sky Cinema 

Basically the same package but including Sky Cinema for the same price I was paying.

He said at the moment I was paying £47.00 a month which was increasing to £52.00 per month due to the price increase.

He said he could do it for £40.00 per month for 2 yrs.

 

He checked with his manager when said the offer would be added straight away.

 

However it does not look like the offer has been applied as my last bill was over £100.00. 

I have called repeatedly have been promised a callback from the agent concerned. I'm getting nowhere. I've also raised a formal complaint but again I have not been contacted. 

I would appreciate if this could be resolved as soon as possible . This is causing me lots of distress. I was also promised previously that I would be refunded an overpayment of £34.00 due on my mobile account.

 

I would appreciate a response from n order to get my issues resolved.
