As you are only talking to other customers on here and not to Sky give Sky a call as it sounds like you are paying the standard price for your broadband package.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

@Nathannjt94 That can't be for just broadband, the out of contract price for full fibre 500 is £46 a month, so what other services do you have?

Any Sky Talk charges on that amount? For example any non inclusive calls made?
