Moving my relative from Vodafone to sky

I called sky last week on behalf of my relative to move her broadband, TV and mobile SIM from Vodafone to sky.  My name should now be on her account as a contact, with my number.  She gave permission. Her husband, who died last year, had a sky account so that got cancelled at the time and my relative was essentially registered as a new customer with sky. I got an installation date of 12th sept.  Person I spoke to was really nice and said she would keep an e eye on things.  Yesterday, my relative received a text from sky asking her to call them as the order could not be completed.  I'm reluctant to try to call sky as it's so stressful and I had been told everything was sorted.  I'd like someone to contact me directly please, preferably the original person I spoke to.  Her name was June, she was really helpful.  Thank you

@GailB64  This is a customer led community, no one from SKy will know who you are or your contact details, the original adviser would not even see this post, nor would they be able to identify you from your community liogin.

 

YTou will need to call Sky yourself.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
