Hi,
I am writing this on behalf of my Mum In Law who has just moved into a care home after
recently needing 24/7 care.
I have authority on her account and note that her BB is out of contract, but her TV has until
Dec 23.
How do I go about cancelling her services as she longer has any need for them and will
there be any costs associated with it ?

Do you mean by registering creating a online sky account ?
As we have had one for quite a few years.
