I booked my house move yesterday but I've put the wrong door number for my new address.
is there a way to amend this or is it
best to just cancel and start again?

I would suggest calling Sky and explaining what you've done wrong. If this involved a broadband subscription you don't want the current householder at the incorrect address being notified their broadband is being turned off.
