Moving home

I phoned sky to change my address and get sky fitted in new home. They gave me a link so I pressed link took me to sky verify 2 steps so I done that. It took me to moving home pressed that then it said you have no moving information. I have phone twice now and same thing happened 

many ideas ? Very frustrating
