Moving home with a gap

I am moving house soon but will have a gap of about 2 weeks between leaving old place and getting in to new place. 

Do I just let my contract continue and take box etc with me (not the dish obviously)?

Your contract will continue as usual as it isn't possible to pause it. You would then need to arrange for a dish to be installed at your new property either via Sky or another company. When you are at your new address then make sure that Sky updates your address on your account.
