Moving home queries

Apologies for the questions but frustratingly i can't seem to find any info on moving on the sky website!

As part of a house move, for the new house,

1. If we want to route the existing sky dish and cable to a different room than it currently sits is there any charge for this?

2. If the existing sky dish is faulty and needs replaced, is there any charge for this?

3. If the move date changes (more than 2 days notice) is there any charge for this?

4. Does my existing contract move with no change to end date and pricing?

Thanks.

Sky may charge you £65 for this

2. If the existing sky dish is faulty and needs replaced, is there any charge for this?

No.

3. If the move date changes (more than 2 days notice) is there any charge for this?

Cancelling an engineer appointment on the day or the day before would likely cost a £25 fee

4. Does my existing contract move with no change to end date and pricing?

For TV subscriptions there should be no change. It might for Broadband.

Thanks.

Yes, around £65.

2. If the existing sky dish is faulty and needs replaced, is there any charge for this?

No.

You have to give a minimum of 2 weeks notice so services installation may be delayed.  I believe there's a charge if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

4. Does my existing contract move with no change to end date and pricing?

It should - but there have been reports of discounts being 'lost' on the forum post move.

Thanks.
