Moving home, now have no access

We are moving house tomorrow, and our home move is all arranged. The details we got was that the Internet would stop working at midnight tonight.

 

We have woken up with no Internet, which means no tv as we have glass.

 

When I have tried to do a service checker through the app it just errors and tells me to sign in, takes me to a new page to do so but says they cannot find my account.

 

This is a bit concerning that my account seems to of just disappeared

Have you contacted Sky about this as it does appear that it has been disconnected ahead of that time you were given.
