Moving home feature isn't working

I've put in all the information about our move, gone through the various steps and then pressed confirm. Then I get a white screen where the tab says "error". I've tried speaking with the chatbot and calling the phone line but all I'm getting is automated nonsense that doesn't help at all - any able to assist? Thanks

Do you have a Sky Talk landline or Sky mobile phone because if so the number to call is just 150 and when you do remain silent when asked anything by the bot
