We have been unable to complete house purchase and not have no moving date.
I changed moving date with sky to a weeks time but now unable to cancel as it says we've already moved.
need to speak with someone to stop move on account until we have a new date.

Re: Moving home delayed
When the phone lines open later you will need to call Sky to speak to them about this.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Say No when asked if you want a text or to go online then stay on the line.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Moving home delayed
You'll need to call Sky. You're not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.
You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, alternatively you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).
You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.
