My circumstances have changed and i cant afford my sky tv package as im now on universal credit , my plan is until 05/25 can i cancel early and pay a charge?

It's unlikely that Sky will allow you to cancel early, I'm afraid. If they do, the early cancellation charge will be pretty much the same as the total you'll pay from now to 05/25
