Moving House in 1 week but router being delivered in 6 days?

We put in moving home on 23/7/24 and cut off to be that day

It also let us book the re-installation of our Sky equipment in another part of the country the next day.

All by virtual assistant.

On confirmation it now says cut off day is tonight (16/7/24) and the router will be delivered on 22/7 when we won't be there as we don't move in until the next day - even though we are taking our own Sky equipment with us.

Should we be worried? The virtual assistant said one thing and the confirmation message from sky is totally different!

 

Any help appreciated!

I think the only way to clear this up would be by calling Sky in the morning.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
